2ND THEME OF MAY

THEME : GALAXY
VENUE : JAYABHERI CLUB
CLIENT : MR.VENKAT
TWINS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
loveleena...she is the brain and energy behind event charmers.
some times the decisions she takes are simple yet very powerful for our company. the reason why we are talking about her, is a small story behind this event.
as told by many genius people "work is work, its never small or big". its the same in our field no client is big or small.(this we learnt by experience).
there was a client with whom loveleena was dealing(she always does) wanted a simple decor. when we met her she said she wanted only few balloon bunches around the venue(her budget was few hundred rupees)i thought about not taking up the event,but loveleena insisted of taking it up(even though we wouldnt save anything for the company).we decorated the venue with blns and curling ribbons.client was very happy.winthin 2 months we got an event through reference from the same client(this time our company made profit).and this client reffered our name to one of her frnd who was planning for a theme party for her daughter.we gave her the theme of tinker bell it was a good event at jayabheri,through this party we met mr.venkat.(galaxy theme client).jus because of few bln bunches we were able to get two big theme parties(theme party is always a challenge)and iam sure we will get many more events from this circle..thanks loveleena(all credit goes to you)
mr.venkat was planning for a birthday party of his niece and nephew at jayabheri club and wanted it to be the best .he was making all decisions as his sister was in U.S.he trusted us and gave the entire event to us. managing event at open venues is always a big challenge.
we made kabana tents to cover most of the open space at jayabheri club(this was the first time we were using kabana tents).loveleena used the combination of pink and blue for the drapes and blns...lots of led powercans were used(we got our own generator).we had tough time managing the wind at jayabheri(it blew our decor once at 4.30pm)....finally we were ready by 7pm.mr.venkat and his sister were more than happy and praised our effort.we got loads of compliments for the decor (we are getting habituated to the compliments,when you give the quality you always get the compliments).
thanks to our entire team for putting that extra effort when the entire decor was blown by wind

OUR WORK SPEAKS
TEAM EVENTCHARMERS DONT BELIEVE IN TALKING BIG....WE LET OUR WORK DO THE TALKING.
month of may was full of challenges.we overcame every challenge with flying colours. hats off to our team for their wonderful effort they put in to pull off two big theme parties back to back in two days.(entire team slept for only one hour in 50 hrs)
both the clients were on cloud nine after the event.
we managed 12 events in 20 days( 1st birthday party, 25th wedding anniversary,cradle, twins birthday party, 3rd birthday party, get together ).
among the 12 events 6 events were very challenging as the clients expectations were very high and they were going with us for the first time.

client was very sweet but had high expectations. before freezing us for her event she met 6-7 event managers.thanks to her for keeping faith in us and letting us manage her event.every one who came to party were impressed and had loads of fun.
it was first party for us at taj vivanta.
hall was looking fantastic with lots of colourful balloons,drapes.arches,center pieces,candies.etc
everyone had great fun including kids,teenagers,elders etc with our table hop magician and games jockey.
